Information Architecture / Content Strategy
Structuring a digital experience for an optimal user experience is a critical aspect of product design. It involves organization, planning, understanding of user journeys, understanding various user roles, tasks and personas, and lays the foundation for the experience.
Whether it’s a large scale website (pages 300+), a complex user experience, or e-commerce architecture, the processes are there to easily do this. Key considerations t to the structure of an experience are wayfinding, functions and role specific ares of the experience (for example an admin may have additional functions). Below are several examples of engagements to show level of complexity and integration.
